30+ INTERNS
SINCE 2021

Three camp students leaning over a large drawing, working on it together

Camp is where a student finds out architecture is for them. An internship is where they find out they can do it for a living. Every intern is a former camper, and Hip Hop By Design pays the stipend. Tell us about your office and we will come back with the dates.

WHO CAN HOST

SMALL FIRM?
IT DOESN'T
MATTER.

Since 2021, former campers have worked as paid interns in architecture, engineering and construction firms. Hip Hop By Design funds the stipend, so a five person office can host one. You provide the desk, the work and someone to sit with them.

Every cycle ends with a public showcase for firm leaders, families and the community. Interns can work in your office or virtually.

WHAT THE CAMP PROVIDES

BEFORE THEY ARRIVE.

  • The intern's stipend, paid by Hip Hop By Design

  • The match to your office
  • The public showcase at the end of the cycle
